Pre-Production Vol II

One of the ways we have decided we want to make a difference with this project is supporting our local farmer's market and organic growers. What better way to go green than by supplying our caterers with all natural, all local ingredients?

But here's the DL:

We've been emailing back and forth with a few local farmers/organic growers in the San Antonio area this past week and it seems this project won't be as cost-friendly as we were hoping. A minor disappointment. Not at all anything we can't work around though! We are so commited to this endeavor and with so much built up passion behind it all refuse to let a little speed bump like this get in the way now.

Plans have been arranged to meet a little later this week to brainstorm and come up a few cost {and eco!} friendly alternatives. So be sure to stayed tuned and see what Olli and the Ash have up they're sleeves next!
